PUSH Core is a 45 minute HIIT profile followed by 15 minutes of abdominal exercises off the bike. In addition to increasing your speed power, endurance and metabolic rate, this class will help you flatten your belly, burn fat, and strengthen your core.Don't forget your water bottle and a towel, we provide the rest!
PUSH Body Burn is a 30 minute Power ride followed by 25 minutes of intense full-body moves off the bike, designed to tone your entire body, build muscle, and burn fat. Don't forget your water bottle, towel and indoor shoes, we provide the rest!
PUSH High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes run 45 minutes in length and are designed to help burn more calories by producing excess post-oxygen consumption. This in turn increases your resting metabolic rate for up to 24 hours following your workout. HIIT training helps to increase your speed, power, endurance and metabolic rate.
PUSH Power classes run 45 minutes in length. Power classes offer non-stop cardio strength building. Classes are designed by each Motivator to give you a variety of HIIT and endurance drills to get the most out of your ride.
PUSH Endurance classes are 45 minutes in length and are designed to improve and develop your cardiovascular endurance by offering a mix of training that focuses on speed, stamina and cardio respiratory endurance. Developing strong endurance increases your body’s ability to handle high volume workloads.
PUSH Yoga is a 6 week registered program offered outside of our regularly scheduled classes and is not included in your membership. PUSH Yoga starts with a 30 minute HIIT profile followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga off the bike. This program is designed to improve cardio strength, flexibility, better concentration, improved posture, better breathing, less stress and more calm.
PUSH Pilates is a combination of a 30 minute Power ride followed by 40 minutes of focused movement to help improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the whole human body. Pilates puts an emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance and is suitable for all fitness levels. Don't forget your water bottle and a towel, we provide the rest!
PUSH Extra is an Endurance profile with a little ExtraPUSH lasting between 75 and 90 minutes. Increasing endurance has been proven to release endorphins resulting in a positive mind which can alsoincrease your stamina, whether you have progressed beyond our regular endurance class or if you are training.
PUSH Handle Barre is a 20 minute HIIT profile on the bike, followed by 40 minutes of Barre, using the stationary bike's handlebars for assisted movement. By combining elements of yoga, Pilates and even ballet, PUSH Handle Barre offers you a great way to get into terrific shape!
PUSH n' Stretch is a 45 minute HIIT profile followed by 15 minutes of deep stretches off the bike. This class will help increase your speed, power, and endurance but also reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) by focusing on stretching out those tight hips and hamstrings.
