All PUSH classes are safe, fun and effective for members of all shapes, sizes and abilities. You don’t even have to know how to ride a bike! The joy of spinning is that you are in control of your resistance and how hard you push, we just do it together. Nobody judges or knows your story, in the end we are all here for a fun workout to stay fit and healthy.
PUSH classes are 45 minutes in length and rotate weekly through Endurance, HIIT, and Power profiles.
Combination classes include a 20-30 minute HIIT or Power profile followed by exercises off the bike.
