CLASS PROFILES

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.

All PUSH classes are safe, fun and effective for members of all shapes, sizes and abilities. You don’t even have to know how to ride a bike! The joy of spinning is that you are in control of your resistance and how hard you push, we just do it together. Nobody judges or knows your story, in the end we are all here for a fun workout to stay fit and healthy.

PUSH classes are 45 minutes in length and rotate weekly through Endurance, HIIT, and Power profiles.
Combination classes include a 20-30 minute HIIT or Power profile followed by exercises off the bike.

FREE! PUSH 101 WORKSHOP

(new riders only)

Always wanted to experience a spin class but have been too nervous? NOW is your chance! We’ll help you get set up on your bike properly, explain the console, class profiles, answer your questions, turn up the music, dim the lights and have some fun!

This monthly workshop is exclusive to new riders, so tell your friends and try it together! Space is limited.

PUSH ENDURANCE

PUSH Endurance classes are 45 minutes in length and are designed to improve and develop your cardiovascular endurance by offering a mix of training that focuses on speed, stamina and cardio respiratory endurance. Developing strong endurance increases your body’s ability to handle high volume workloads.

PUSH HIIT

PUSH High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes run 45 minutes in length and are designed to help burn more calories by producing excess post-oxygen consumption. This in turn increases your resting metabolic rate for up to 24 hours following your workout. HIIT training helps to increase your speed, power, endurance and metabolic rate.

PUSH POWER

PUSH Power classes run 45 minutes in length. Power classes offer non-stop cardio strength building. Classes are designed by each Motivator to give you a variety of HIIT and Endurance drills to get the most out of your ride.

PUSH CORE

PUSH Core is a 45 minute HIIT profile followed by 15 minutes of abdominal exercises off the bike. In addition to increasing your speed power, endurance and metabolic rate, this class will help you flatten your belly, burn fat, and strengthen your core.

PUSH BODY BURN

PUSH Body Burn is a 30 minute Power ride followed by 25 minutes of intense full-body moves off the bike, designed to tone your entire body, build muscle, and burn fat. Don't forget your water bottle, towel and indoor shoes, we provide the rest!

PUSH PILATES

PUSH Pilates is a combination of a 30 minute Power ride followed by 40 minutes of focused movement to help improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the whole human body. Pilates puts an emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance and is suitable for all fitness levels. Don't forget your water bottle and a towel, we provide the rest!

PUSH HANDLE-BARRE

PUSH Handle-Barre is a 20 minute HIIT profile on the bike, followed by 40 minutes of Barre, using the stationary bike's handlebars for assisted movement. By combining elements of yoga, Pilates and even ballet, PUSH Handle Barre offers you a great way to get into terrific shape!

PUSH n' STRETCH

PUSH n' Stretch is a 20 minute rhythmic spin followed by 40 minutes of deep Yin-inspired stretching on the floor. This class will help increase your speed, power, and endurance but also reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) by focusing on stretching out those tight hips and hamstrings. Other benefits include lowering stress levels, greater stamina, and increased flexibility.
