All PUSH classes are safe, fun and effective for members of all shapes, sizes and abilities. You don’t even have to know how to ride a bike! The joy of spinning is that you are in control of your resistance and how hard you push, we just do it together. Nobody judges or knows your story, in the end we are all here for a fun workout to stay fit and healthy.
Signature PUSH classes are 45 minutes in length and give you a variety of HIIT and Endurance drills while feeling the beat of the music. Our Motivators will lead you through a rhythm based ride that will challenge you at your individual level and maximize your calorie burn.
Combination classes include a 20-45 minute signature PUSH followed by exercises off the bike.

Always wanted to experience a spin class but have been too nervous? NOW is your chance! We’ll help you get set up on your bike properly, explain the console, class profiles, answer your questions, turn up the music, dim the lights and have some fun!
This monthly workshop is exclusive to new riders, so tell your friends and try it together! Be sure to arrive 15-20 minutes before scheduled class time to get checked in and set up. Space is limited.
