CLASS PROFILES

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.

All PUSH classes are safe, fun and effective for members of all shapes, sizes and abilities. You don’t even have to know how to ride a bike! The joy of spinning is that you are in control of your resistance and how hard you push, we just do it together. Nobody judges or knows your story, in the end we are all here for a fun workout to stay fit and healthy.

Signature PUSH classes are 45 minutes in length and give you a variety of HIIT and Endurance drills while feeling the beat of the music. Our Motivators will lead you through a rhythm based ride that will challenge you at your individual level and maximize your calorie burn.
Combination classes include a 20-45 minute signature PUSH followed by exercises off the bike.

FREE! PUSH 101 WORKSHOP

(new riders only)

Always wanted to experience a spin class but have been too nervous? NOW is your chance! We’ll help you get set up on your bike properly, explain the console, class profiles, answer your questions, turn up the music, dim the lights and have some fun!

This monthly workshop is exclusive to new riders, so tell your friends and try it together! Be sure to arrive 15-20 minutes before scheduled class time to get checked in and set up. Space is limited.

PUSH

This is our signature ride. This 45 minute spin class is designed to give you a variety of HIIT and Endurance drills while feeling the beat of the music. Our Motivators will lead you through a rhythm-based ride that will challenge you at your individual level and maximize your calorie burn.

PUSH CORE

PUSH Core is a 45 minute PUSH followed by 15 minutes of abdominal exercises off the bike. In addition to increasing your speed power, endurance and metabolic rate, this class will help you flatten your belly, burn fat, and strengthen your core.

PUSH BODY BURN

PUSH Body Burn is a 30 minute PUSH followed by 25 minutes of intense full-body moves off the bike, designed to tone your entire body, build muscle, and burn fat. Don't forget your water bottle and indoor shoes, we provide the rest!

PUSH HANDLE-BARRE

PUSH Handle-Barre is a 20 minute PUSH, followed by 40 minutes of Barre, using the stationary bike's handlebars for assisted movement. By combining elements of yoga, Pilates and even ballet, PUSH Handle Barre offers you a great way to get into terrific shape!

PUSH EXPRESS

This 30 minute PUSH Express is designed to give you a variety of HIIT and Endurance drills while feeling the beat of the music. Our Motivators will lead you through a rhythm based ride that will challenge you at your individual level and maximize your calorie burn. Just because it's shorter doesn't mean it's not going to make you sweat!

PUSH PILATES

PUSH Pilates is a combination of a 30 minute PUSH followed by 40 minutes of focused movement to help improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the whole human body. Pilates puts an emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong powerhouse, and improving coordination and balance and is suitable for all fitness levels. Don't forget your water bottle and a towel, we provide the rest!

PUSH n' STRETCH

PUSH n' Stretch is a 20 minute PUSH followed by 40 minutes of deep Yin-inspired stretching on the floor. This class will help increase your speed, power, and endurance but also reduce delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) by focusing on stretching out those tight hips and hamstrings. Other benefits include lowering stress levels, greater stamina, and increased flexibility.
