Don’t worry, we all remember our first time too! Here are some FAQ’s to help with your first PUSH.

Getting started at PUSH is easy!
1. Click on the Schedule and view the class profiles.
2. Click on an available class to reserve your bike. If a class is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist. If a bike opens up in that class, you’ll be placed into the class and notified via email and/or text.
3. Create your free account or log in using your Facebook profile.
4. Choose a drop-in class, 2 week unlimited intro offer (new riders only), or contact us to discuss custom membership options to save you money.
5. Reserve a bike. We require a credit card on file to hold your spot.
6. Come to class prepared to ride and PUSH your limits!

RESERVATION POLICY:
Registration for classes open at 12:00AM – 7 days in advance, with the exception of charity rides and special events. Riders register on a first come first served concept to give everyone equal opportunity. We want you 100% committed to your class otherwise please allow others who are, to attend. Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the start of class. Walk ins are not permitted at this time. All reservations will be held up to 5 minutes prior to the class start time. 5 minutes prior to the start of each class, all open spaces will be given to waitlisted clients. When you arrive at the studio, please await a text from our Pacesetter to let you know when it is safe to enter the studio in order to maintain safe physical distancing. If you have not checked in 5 minutes prior to class, PUSH reserves the right to give your spot to another member.

Yes! All PUSH classes are safe, fun and effective for members of all shapes, sizes and abilities. You don’t even have to know how to ride a bike! The joy of spinning is that you are in control of your bike and how hard you push. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your first class so we can show your around and get you set up safely and get the most out of your ride. 

No! The only requirement we have is that you must be 4’10” or taller to ride. You have to be able to reach the pedals!

Your cycling shoes and weights will be waiting for you on your pre-assigned bike. Bikes are not able to be reserved at this time. Please bring only necessary items with you. Don’t forget your pre-filled water bottle, a sweat towel, a pair of socks, indoor shoes and a mat if required. See class profiles for details.

Nothing is worse than trying to get set up last minute! Try to come to the class at least 15 minutes early to check-in and get your bike set up, etc. Don’t forget your pre-filled water bottle, a pair of socks, a sweat towel and indoor shoes and a mat if required. See class profiles for details.

Please note: We will not allow anyone to enter class after the studio door is closed and the Motivator has started the class. This is for safety of the members and courtesy to the Motivator and participants in class. If you are late, you will lose one class from your passes or an equivalent dollar amount to a single class pass will be charged to your account. No refunds will be granted for late arrivals.

If you need to leave class before it ends because you are ill, dizzy or have another health-related issue, please do so quietly and safely. Otherwise, we ask that YOU NOT LEAVE CLASS until the class has ended and the lights have been turned back on.

Yes, in order to change a reservation you must change it a minimum of 12 HOURS before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalty. As per our reservation policy, if you do not change your scheduled class before 12 hours prior to class, you will lose one class pass or an equivalent dollar amount to a single class pass will be charged to your account for auto-pay memberships. No refunds will be granted for no-show reservations.

To change a class, sign into your account and head to MY INFO > MY SCHEDULE. Find the ‘Cancel’ button on the right-hand side of the page and remove yourself from the class.

Your favorite class is full and you are waiting to get in! You would do almost anything to ride that class and pray someone gives up their spot.

If a registered rider changes their class (12 hours prior without penalty), the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class.

The waitlisted rider will receive an email and/or text notification – you are not a guaranteed courtesy call. Make sure that you have your email and/or text reminder notifications turned on in your account!

This could happen at ANY point before the class starts. If you are on the waitlist, be prepared to ride until the class begins.

If at any point you decide you will NOT be able to make the class, it is YOUR responsibility to update your reservation from the waitlist or let us know in order to give other riders the opportunity.

Our reservation policy applies to you even if you have been moved into the class.

We suggest wearing comfortable attire such as a light-weight t-shirt or tank top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. Please also bring a pair of socks.

Please bring only necessary items into the studio with you. A pre-filled water bottle, a sweat towel, a pair of socks, and indoors shoes and mat if required. We provide cycling shoes, hand weights and a super fun experience! We have bottled water, water bottles, socks, towels and mats available for purchase if you forget yours.

Towel service and the water fountain are unavailable at this time. Showers are available upon reservation. Click here to reserve a time. Pre-fill your water bottle before coming to the studio and don’t forget a sweat towel! We have bottled water, water bottles, socks, towels and mats available for purchase should you forget anything.

Be sure to hydrate before, during, and after your workout. We have bottled water and water bottles available for purchase in our studio. Our filtered water fountain is currently restricted for use. We also have pre-workouts, BCAA supplements and energy bites available for purchase at the front desk.

Please remove outdoor footwear and leave in the entryway. No OUTDOOR shoes are allowed in the change room or the studio. Indoor shoes are recommended for the PUSH Body Burn class only.

Riders are required to wear cycling shoes that clip into the pedals to get a more stable, safer ride and target the correct muscle groups. PUSH offers cycling shoes at no extra cost for riders to ensure your foot is in a secure position on the pedal to allow for a more efficient pedal stroke. Cycling shoes are only to be worn in the cycling studio; always remove your shoes before leaving the studio. If you have your own shoes, our pedals are SPD compatible.

Our change rooms do not include lockable storage. Please leave your valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Bags and jackets can be left in the change rooms as they can be a safety hazard if brought in to the studio.

Please don’t bring cell phones into the studio. This time is devoted to YOU! You’ll have to wait until after your workout to text/tweet/post about how great your class was. If you need to have it on you in case of emergency, (ex: child at home alone, etc.) please keep it on vibrate. As a courtesy to the Motivator and other participants in class, re-entry is not allowed during the class.

In the case of an emergency, please exit the studio safely and signal to the Motivator you are okay or that you need assistance. As a courtesy to the Motivator and other participants in class, re-entry is not allowed during the class.
 

Like any new fitness routine, you may want to speak with your doctor before your first class. If you have any injuries or medical issues, please let us know before class. Our Motivators will inspire you to PUSH yourself, but please listen to your body and work out at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms after class, please don’t hesitate to seek medical attention.

Our bikes aren’t just a great ride, they’re easy to set up! In case you haven’t done it before, there are 4 places where you can adjust your bike:
1) Seat height
2) Fore/aft seat position
3) Handlebar Height
4) Fore/aft handlebar position

If you’re new to cycling, arrive early and ask the Pacesetter or your Motivator for assistance.

Yes. Drop in classes expire 30 days from the date of purchase and the 10 class package expires 3 months from the date of purchase. We want you to get the best benefits of spinning with US on a regular basis!

Yes! You can purchase gift cards online or at the studio. Gift cards are for specific dollar amounts. You can also refer a friend through our PUSH Perks Rewards Program for them to come try it for FREE!

Yes! Our 10 class package is shareable. Just let us know who you would like to share with.

Please consult your doctor before taking any classes. We have had many moms-to-be take classes and hope you can join in.

In the event of an unforeseen complication or emergency, we will allow you to freeze your account for a $15 monthly fee. To request the freeze, complete a freeze request form at the front desk and submit it along with a doctor’s note via email or in person to the front desk. Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated.

The 6 and 12-month memberships auto-renew and continue on a month-to-month membership after completing your minimum 6 or 12-month commitment, until notice of termination is given. Termination for the month-to-month membership must be given a minimum of 30 days prior to your monthly renewal date. A termination request must be received in writing or via electronic mail to info@pushcyclingstudio.com.
