Riders are required to wear cycling shoes that clip into the pedals to get a more stable, safer ride and target the correct muscle groups. PUSH offers cycling shoes at no extra cost for riders to ensure your foot is in a secure position on the pedal to allow for a more efficient pedal stroke. Cycling shoes are only to be worn in the cycling studio; always remove your shoes before leaving the studio. If you have your own shoes, our pedals are SPD compatible.
Our change rooms do not include lockable storage. We have a fish bowl at the front desk for your keys. Please leave your valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Bags and jackets can be left in the change rooms as they can be a safety hazard if brought in to the studio.
Please don’t bring cell phones into the studio. You’ll have to wait until after your workout to text/tweet/post about how great your class was.

Our Motivators will inspire you to PUSH yourself, but please listen to your body and work out at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms after class, please don’t hesitate to seek medical attention.
