Your team at PUSH is collaborating with local Airdrie businesses this September to help you to get back into the spin of things and have some fun in the kitchen! We have put together an eCookbook with some of our favorite healthy and simple recipes for you to enjoy and earn a chance to win some amazing prizes!

Choose from over 50 breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes to enjoy.
- Plan and prepare a recipe.
- Snap a photo.
- Share on social media and tag @push_airdrie, @simplyforlife.airdrie @divinespineairdrie, @healthymealsmadeasy. Don’t forget to tag the contributor and include a hashtag with the name of the recipe.
- EARN 1 ENTRY for each meal you make and post. You can make the same recipe more than once, but we encourage you to try them all!
